Age：Child’s age birth to 18 years old who living or registering in Taiwan.
Type of Service：Children who are mistreated, such as dependence, abuse, abandon and violence, and others who are under protection placement.
藍迪這個大家庭是由大家一點一滴打造完成的，裡面有著未來培育國家棟樑的用心，這也是藍迪唯一能回饋社會大眾的，這時多年來，藍迪撫育了將近500位孩童，跟剛開始立案時措手不及地收養安置棄嬰相比，現在的藍迪更有能力，更懂得如何照顧孩子，也更加知道要如何讓孩子自立並開創他們自己的天空。因為很多難關，非得自己走過不可，旁人輔助的角色，絕不能變成永遠的拐杖。謝謝社會大眾、企業、團體，扎扎實實的陪伴藍迪走過每一天，雖然孩子頑皮，謝謝您如此寬廣與包容，與我們攜手共進繼續為孩子遮風避雨。
The only way that Reindeer can give back to society is to put out all the stops to cultivate children diligently. Reindeer raised up approximately 500 children over a decade. Comparing with the beginning, we are more familiar with taking care of children and know how to make them become more independent and create their own way. There are many difficulties that children need to go through by themselves. As an old saying goes, “Teaching a man how to fish is better than giving him a fish.” Reindeer thanks all the public, enterprises and NGO for being so generous and giving us a hand without hesitation.

Social Worker Section
▸Providing children assistances in self-understanding, interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills.
▸Estimating children’s physical and mental needs and holding related activities or groups to balance the development between the spirituality and materialism.
▸Connecting the social resources to build up Reindeer and children’s resources network.
教保組
▸以家庭式教養協助家童生活適應與自理能力，並建立正確的行為模式。
▸陪伴家童成長並豐厚其生命，促進身心正向發展。
▸培養家童獨立自主能力，進而認識自我、關懷別人。
Education Section
▸Helping children to adapt to the new environment, build up the self-care skills and behavior pattern by parenting.
▸Participating in children growth to advance their spiritual and material developments.
▸Building up children’s ability of self-independent to help them develop self-understanding and the sense of solicitude.
心衛組
▸心理師： 孩子心中的小劇場就從來沒有少過大人，要讓孩子積極並自動自發產生社會所期望的行動，藍迪心理師其實是魔法師。
▸護理師： 孩童成長最不能禁止的就是無限探索，探索的過程中難免碰撞受傷或生病，禁止與束縛是最快的方式，但也是孩子成長最慢的方式，藍迪護理師頭疼的不比孩子說肚子痛時少。
▸營養師： 吃得下的才能算得上營養，如何讓孩子將營養的食物吃得下就是藍迪營養師的功力與功課。
Mental Health Section
▸Psychologist: Adults play a major role in children’s lives; Reindeer’s psychologists play the magic to let children’s acts meet the public standards.
▸Registered Professional Nurse (RPN): Children love to explore; it is inevitable that they would get hurt or be sick in the process. The fastest way is to tell children not to do, but it is also the slowest way to make them grow up.
▸Dietitian: It is dietitian’s duty to make sure that every child can get enough nutrition from every diet.
